The pillow uses a two section design formed by a quilting process. Two thirds is the headrest area, filled with high fluffy down, and one third is the cervical support area, filled with Japanese pipe tubes. The cover is made of 100 percent cotton. A zipper allows the tubes to be removed, so the height can be adjusted. The shape supports the neck and holds the back of the head. The aim is to correct the curve of the cervical spine and improve sleep.
