Security, Safety and Surveillance Products Design Rapid Security Check Self-Service Express Lane by Yong Zhang Rapid Security Check is a self-service security lane designed for checkpoints on subways and high-speed trains. The lane contains two screening channels. Passengers walk through as usual and push a suitcase directly through the lower screening machine. Small items are placed in the upper channel. Screening is based on X-ray detection. The outer shell is made by a sheet metal process, which is light, strong, low in cost and suited to large-scale production. The overall size is 1500 by 650 by 1450 millimeters. The layout follows ergonomic principles and keeps the screening process smooth.
