Sweet Candy Leisure Chair

Furniture Design Sweet Candy Leisure Chair by Wei Jingye / 魏靖野 Sweet Candy is a series of leisure chairs inspired by the rounded shapes and bright colors of candies. The supporting frame is made of solid wood in its natural color, cut by numerical control machines and finished by hand grinding. The soft parts are sewn by hand from plush cloth and filled with sponge. The rounded form lets users sit with the feet hanging or the knees bent while reading, drinking tea or resting. The high saturation colors also allow the chairs to act as interior decoration. The chairs are assembled from parts, which eases transport.
