Milo enables hands-free voice conversation between members of a group while skiing, biking, surfing or hiking. Six digital microphones, a built-in speaker and audio processing algorithms reduce wind and background noise. An encrypted mesh network links the devices at a range of more than 1,300 meters and extends coverage across the group. The device measures 65 millimeters in diameter and 20 millimeters in thickness, and weighs 87 grams. Milo is waterproof and attaches with a magnetic clip.
