The design shows how very simple products can be made with modern production technologies. Laser profile cutting weakens the industrial steel profile so that it can be bent. A round profile is then enclosed under pressure, forming a geometric lock that holds the trestles together without screws. A clear click sound confirms that the lock is closed. The legs are adjustable to suit uneven surfaces. Galvanized metal gives a long service life, and the trestles can be shipped flat packed.
