Elsewhere tableware

Bakeware, Tableware, Drinkware and Cookware Design Elsewhere tableware by Yuhua Li Elsewhere is a porcelain tableware set that combines tea and floral art. The set includes a vase, a teapot, a tea container, a cup and a cup plate. Each piece is made of bone china by slip casting and passes through four firings. A non-glossy white glaze gives the surfaces an ivory texture. Indented forms with small cut-outs reveal an inner layer, creating a contrast between the solid and the void. The shapes follow classic Chinese porcelain, while the cut-outs break their symmetry to suggest a space within a space.
