The base is copper plated and each glass shade is blown by hand, so every piece has a slightly different form and size. The lamp measures 34 centimeters in diameter and 40 centimeters in height. Sume is powered by mains electricity and includes a dimmer, so the light intensity can be adjusted to suit the room. The design supports traditional craft skills and the use of recyclable materials.
