Blooming Leisure Chair

Furniture Design Blooming Leisure Chair by Wei Jingye / 魏靖野 Blooming is a leisure chair inspired by flowers in full bloom. The seat and the back take the shape of petals and follow organic, ergonomic lines that support the spine. The armrests open and turn outward, in the manner of a flower. A triangular support under the seat is based on the pedicel and gives stability and load bearing capacity. The chair is made of white copper and formed as a single piece by three-dimensional printing, which reveals the metallic luster of the material. The size is 920 by 680 by 890 millimeters.
