Scooter Design Segway ST Electric Kickscooter by Yongjie Li Segway ST is an electric kickscooter designed for short and medium distance commuting and for recreational riding. The kickscooter is a legal means of transport in Europe and America, and the intent is to reduce traffic congestion and to offer a convenient and environmentally friendly way to travel. A top speed of 80 km/h and a range of up to 70 km are supported. Stability at speed is supported by front and rear shock absorbers and a high strength integrated bent pipe frame. Hydraulic disc brakes, an anti-lock braking system and traction control are fitted.
