The system combines an application supported by artificial intelligence, a wearable tracker, and a core device with a camera. The core device has an aluminium base of 85 by 85 by 20 millimetres and a frosted acrylic housing that holds a wide angle camera and a light strip. Visual and voice cues guide exercises, meditation, and breathing. The camera can be tilted down for privacy. Modular hardware allows later upgrades without full replacement.
